About The Kitchen Club

About The Kitchen Club

The Kitchen Club is a delivery-first platform that enables professional kitchens to operate proven cloud kitchen brands from their existing facilities. We provide the brands, systems, marketing and hands-on support required to run high-performing delivery operations, allowing partners to generate incremental revenue without opening new sites or adding front-of-house complexity. Our focus is on building scalable, sustainable delivery businesses with experienced kitchen operators.

How does it work?

Partners operate Kitchen Club brands alongside their existing menus, using their current kitchen, equipment and team. Once onboarded, we handle brand setup, platform configuration and marketing activation, followed by structured training and launch support. Orders are fulfilled through all major delivery platforms, while our team continues to support performance, marketing and operational standards. This model is designed to maximise kitchen utilisation and delivery revenue with minimal disruption to day-to-day operations.

Who do we work with?

The Kitchen Club works with professional kitchen operators across the hospitality sector, including independent restaurants, takeaways, cafés, multi-site operators, hotels and institutional kitchens. We partner with teams that have the capacity, capability and standards required to execute delivery consistently. While prior experience running delivery brands is not essential, partners must be able to meet operational and food quality requirements to ensure long-term success.

For our partners

The Kitchen Club brands are listed on all major delivery platforms, where customers place orders as normal. Orders are routed directly to your kitchen through our POS and then fulfilled via your existing delivery setup, allowing your team to prepare and dispatch food as part of normal service. Our brands are optimised for delivery performance, including menu structure, pricing and visibility on delivery platforms.

Who owns The Kitchen Club brands?

All Kitchen Club brands are owned and managed by The Kitchen Club. As a partner, you are licensed to operate selected brands from your kitchen under an agreed structure, with clear brand standards and operational guidelines. This ensures consistency, quality control and long-term brand value across the network.

What does it cost to launch with The Kitchen Club?

Launching with The Kitchen Club does not require opening a new site or investing in additional front-of-house infrastructure. Partners pay a nominal franchise licence fee to operate Kitchen Club brands, which is discussed in detail during the onboarding call and structured to be accessible and commercially viable from launch. On an ongoing basis, we charge a single, all-inclusive fee that covers: Brand licence, POS system, Delivery platform aggregator fees. This structure provides clarity and predictability, with no hidden costs. The only potential additional cost is if minor equipment upgrades are required to support specific brands. Where applicable, this will be identified during onboarding, and our team will advise and support you throughout the process.

What equipment do I need?

Kitchen Club brands are designed to work within professional kitchens using standard commercial equipment. In most cases, no additional specialist equipment is required. As part of onboarding, we assess your existing setup to ensure suitability and confirm any minor adjustments needed before launch.

How do I get started with The Kitchen Club?

The good news is that you don’t need much to start a virtual kitchen with us. Before we partner you with a virtual brand, we’ll review your resources and capacity so that you can use your existing premises and equipment to launch your virtual restaurant. As long as you have a professional kitchen, you’re good to go.

How long does it take to go live?

It’s a simple process to get your virtual kitchen up and running with The Kitchen Club. In fact, you can start selling in as little as 14 days. We offer an automated onboarding process that’s easy to follow with a quick 7-day turnaround.

We’ll also train your chefs so they know how to follow the ordering system and prepare the food. We only require one team member on-site, and the training lasts for around 4 hours.

After the training is complete, you can launch your food delivery service. Say hello to extra orders, income, and margin.

What support does The Kitchen Club provide?

We’ll provide you with an onboarding and launch package. In the package, you’ll receive:

  • Virtual brands that are available in your local area (and that we know will perform well based on our data)
  • Tech and equipment (including tablets to manage online orders)
  • Training and support documents
  • Free marketing support when you launch to kickstart your online trading

Is The Kitchen Club right for my kitchen?

Yes. We can provide specific brands for certain dietary requirements (including vegan, vegetarian, and halal). We can also provide menu options that cater to different food restrictions, but you can only prepare these food items if you have the capacity to do so.

For example, let’s say we create some gluten-free options in your menu. To effectively make gluten-free food, your kitchen must avoid cross-contamination. If you don’t have the capacity to do this, you can’t offer this food.
