Our onboarding process

We've designed our onboarding to be fast, structured, and practical. Built around how real kitchens operate. While timelines can vary slightly by site, most partners are fully live within two weeks. 

Initial assessment & fit

We start with a short discovery call to understand your kitchen, capacity, equipment, trading hours, and delivery coverage. This allows us to assess: Which Kitchen Club brands are the best fit for your site, Expected order volume and revenue potential, Any operational constraints or opportunities. This step ensures we only launch brands that make commercial and operational sense for your kitchen.

Brand selection & commercial setup

Once suitability is confirmed, we agree on: The brands you'll operate, Menu structure and pricing, Commercial terms and licence structure. We'll walk you through the franchise licence fee (discussed transparently during onboarding) and outline the ongoing all-inclusive fee that covers licence, POS access, and delivery platform integration.

Systems, menus & platform setup

Our team handles the full technical setup, including: POS configuration, Delivery platform onboarding (Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat where applicable), Menu uploads, imagery, modifiers, and pricing logic. Your kitchen is fully configured and ready to trade, with minimal input required from your team.

Kitchen training & launch preparation

We provide hands-on training for your team, covering: Recipe execution and portion control, Order flow and ticket management, Packaging standards and dispatch process. Training is designed to be practical and efficient, ensuring consistency from day one without disrupting your existing operation.

Go live & demand generation

Once live, our in-house team actively supports launch performance through: Platform visibility optimisation, Promotions and campaign support, Ongoing performance monitoring. We focus on driving early traction and building consistent order volume quickly.

Ongoing support & optimisation

After launch, we continue to work closely with you to: Maximise marketing, Drive sales, Introduce new brands or products where appropriate, Improve margins, Improve operations. You'll have ongoing access to our operations and support team to ensure long-term performance.
